The Apartamenty Świnoujście company has been in existence since 2005. Since then we have managed the rental of 270 flats and houses in the local market. Our main focus is the seaside district. Every day our team of employees puts their hearts and a lot of hard, dedicated work into providing excellent service and achieving 100% satisfaction of our guests. Customer Service - in our office, every day between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., 365 days, our staff greets you with a kind word and a smile on their faces for check-in/check-out and to provide you with information and tips for your holiday stay. We offer a high standard of customer service in as many as three languages (Polish, German, English)

Two beautiful, modern buildings with elevator perfectly integrated into the greenery along the promenade. Completed in 2022.

Neighbourhood information

Situated very close to the sea, the promenade and a health path with a walking area, a cycle path, a path for inline skaters and numerous small playgrounds for children. Numerous catering and shopping facilities are within walking distance. Another unquestionable advantage is the proximity of the graduation towers, which are fed with brine from the Swinoujscie health resort.Breathing in the air around them helps in the treatment of respiratory diseases and in strengthening the immune system.
