Inspired by the local style of Bali, Villa Kauiki is a house enhanced by its decorative inspirations from elsewhere and its large open spaces that let in coolness and natural light all year round. All its living spaces open onto a magnificent and spacious covered terrace of 70m², with a lush garden and a pool area below, offering unobstructed views of the valley and the ocean. There is no AC in the house due to its location, the house benefits from the trade winds that create natural ventilation, keeping the house continuously cool. Villa Kauiki can comfortably accommodate 5 people: It offers a large 32m² master suite with a sea view, featuring a King-size bed and its own private bathroom (bathtub, shower, single sink, toilet). It also has a large walk-in closet and a smart TV (with Netflix, Prime Video…). A second bedroom is located on the mezzanine above the living room. It consists of two single beds and has its own bathroom (shower, single sink, toilet) and a dressing room on the ground floor. A large convertible sofa bed is available in the living room, providing an additional bed for one person. The house is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, open to the living room and large terrace with an ocean view. You have all the necessary comfort with Wi-Fi access, a living area with a large smart TV (Netflix, Prime Video…), a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and an adjoining laundry room. This charming villa is a perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The house is located in a secure residential area with a gated entrance. There is a carport in the inner courtyard of the house for parking your vehicles.
