Looking over Lake Wakatipu and walking distance to central town, it’s in the heart of Queenstown, and an internal garage provides a secure spot to park your rental car so that you can still explore the surrounding area. Kakara Moana is a stunning private and luxurious four bedroom villa with uninterrupted lake and mountain views in downtown Queenstown. This spacious villa is split over three levels. The mid level has extensive living space and opens out to a large balcony ideal for summer dining and relaxing. Kakara Moana can sleep up to 8 guests in comfort. There are 4 double bedrooms each with their own ensuite. The top level hosts the outdoor spa with spectacular views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountains. Also on the top floor is the master suite with a large ensuite and dressing room, plus balcony with access to the spa. On the same level there is a second double bedroom with a king bed plus ensuite, as well as balcony access.
