Property information

The luxury apartments, which are situated in an old hay barn from 1786, have recently been completely renovated and equipped with all modern conveniences. Each apartment has a flat screen TV, king-size box-spring bed, WiFi, safe, air conditioning, toilet and a kitchen with all facilities. For example: a Nespresso machine, kettle, combi microwave, hob, pans and dishes.

Neighbourhood information

The historic Sittard is located in the Westelijke Mijnstreek, a part of the Dutch South Limburg where in the first half of the twentieth century the economic, social and cultural life was determined by the activities around the Maurits State Mine. It is located at the beautiful city park and only a few minutes walk from the historic center of Sittard with numerous shops, cozy cafes and restaurants. Partly due to its central location it is ideal as a base for exploring the beautiful South Limburg "hill" landscape or one of the beautiful sights that Limburg has to offer.
