Modern Apartment located in Puerto Aventuras, in the heart of the Riviera Maya offers an outdoor pool and spectacular ocean views. This independent apartment has free WiFi, Netflix, air conditioning, balcony, terrace and full kitchen.

Location, we are located in Puerto Aventuras an exclusive residential are of the Mayan Riviera. Offering you a home away from home experience right in front of the Mexican Caribbean. We are located in an exclusive residential area with 24/7 security with. In the gate community you will find one of only two marinas in the whole Mayan Riviera. At the marina you will find many attractions. Swimming with dolphins, boutiques, convenient stores, pharmacy, and a wide variety of restaurants you can also book and leave from this same marina to every water attraction tour and if there is a golf lover in the group there is also a golf course to play. There is a great groceries store/supermarket at the entrance of the gate community just on the other side of the hi way, a 5 minutes dive from your home away from home. The perfect place for a family vacation.
