Niv-Villa offers you brand new property which is situated at Flic en Flac, 5 minutes walking distance to a stunning beach overlooking the turquoise lagoon. Niv-Villa is the place to be on the western part of the island of Mauritius.

Flic en Flac is a seaside village on the western part of the island of Mauritius in the district of Rivière Noire. Its public white sandy beach is one of the longest and nicest on the island. Everything is 2-3 mins from NivVilla.
