One of the best rated self catered Apartment/ Villa. This apartment is beautifully furnished and has the necessary equipment for an enjoyable stay. Apartment Exotica is a secure apartment and very nice to stay. 2 spacious bathroom; 1 with jacuzzi. Swimming pool. Lounge and dining room for a maximum of 6. Fully equipped open plan kitchen, 2 bedroom fully furnished with balconies and air conditioning. What differentiates this property from others is its indoor private pool and rooftop terrace for BBQ and parties with a magnificent scenery. The apartment is soundproof. Exotica apartment is ideally situated for tourist stay (either long or short term stay). 5 minutes walk from the city centre and the sandy beach of Flic en Flac. Plethora and diverse restaurants available within walking distance. Airport shuffle (surcharged) Car rental facility If your are looking for a relaxing and absolute serene setting with a high level of comfort, security and safety, then Apartment Exotica is suitable for you and your family.
