A newly built minimalist designed by Owner1 bedroom seafront apartment located in the best location of St Julian's. The apartment is fully air conditioned and newly furnished to high specifications. The apartment is located behind St Julian's bay. The area is well serviced with restaurants, beach clubs, public transport and a shopping complex.This is the epicentre of the best area in Malta.
My name is Richard,I Built and Designed these apartments myself. This is definitely the best area in Malta,whatever it is you are looking for its within walking distance. Welcome to enjoy these lovely spaces i have to offer. No Smoking and No parties welcome, people that respect my properties only, once you see you will understand, i take care of these places like my own home. No younger than 23 years and no same sex groups. Couples more than welcome,no children younger than 13 please.
St. Julian's is one of the best places to stay in Malta. It’s right by the sea and has lots of beach clubs, sports activities, bars and restaurants for you to try. Malta is a small island. You can technically walk everywhere but it’s very easy to get around by bus, taxi, ferry or even bikes which you can rent on the promenade.
