1. Reservations via Booking.com or any third-party agent but charged directly by the property: at check-in we may require the physical payment card used to book together with matching photo ID. If the card cannot be presented (e.g., virtual/expired/third-party card), the guest must pay the full stay using an accepted alternative method. Once the alternative payment is successfully processed, any original charge or pre-authorisation will be voided/released (release timing depends on the issuing bank).
2. A 2% payment processing fee applies to payments made by credit or debit card as disclosed at the time of booking. In case of cancellation or refund, processing fees are non-refundable.
3. Cash payments are subject to a 0.25% stamp duty on cash receipts (droit de timbre espèces) under Moroccan law. This charge will be itemised on your invoice.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
