Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the resort.

If you are making payment using another card holder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the resort prior to your arrival:

1) Authorization letter with card holder's signature

2) Copy of the card holder's card (front and back of card with card holder's signature)

3) Copy of the card holder’s passport or driver’s license

Please note that the resort may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.

Please note that a mandatory supplement for children between 5 - 12 years of USD 50 is directly payable at the property per child per night.

A triple room can only consist of a maximum of one double bed and one single bed OR three single beds.

Please note all cancellations will be charged inclusive of taxes.

For your reference, please note that we will be charging an additional 2.56% of the total rate for arrivals, effective from the 1st of October onwards, in the event that the final room bill will be paid in LKR.
