Bright and comfortable studio flat located in Cabras, a few minutes by car from the best-known beaches such as Is Arutas, San Giovanni and Funtana Meiga. The house is located on the first floor of a quiet residential building and is composed as follows: entrance hall with living room and TV, kitchen complete with accessories and dishes such as fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with double bed, for a total of 2 beds. There is a bathroom equipped with all services. The structure is completed by a small balcony and a private parking space. Upon check-in you will be required to show a photo ID and credit card as guarantee. We remind you that at check-in you will have to pay the tourist tax of the Municipality of Cabras equal to: -1 euro per person per day over 12 years for the period 01/01/24 - 30/04/24; -2 euros for the period 01/05/24 - 31/10/24 per day per person over 12 years. -Apartment managed in the name and on behalf of the owner-
