The fine print
A surcharge of 20€ applies from 19:00 until 22:30, from 22:30 and 2:00 am a surcharge of 40€ and after 2:00 am a surcharge of 60€ for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
According to the regulations of the Municipality of Bologna, the heating system is active and can be used from mid-October to mid-April. As for air conditioning, it can be used from June 1st.
