This central, elegant house, newly renovated, is sunny and nicely furnished and offers a free parking very close to home. This refined Guest house is on a tree lined avenue, an historic avenue with liberty villas. Three elegant, wide and sunny bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with whirpool tube. An elegant living room, illuminated by three windows. In the heart of the historical centre in Lecce, a five minute walk from Piazza Duomo. A privileged location with supermarket just few meters away from the house, very comfortable to do shopping in few minutes. Its position let you reach the historical centre on foot in 3 minutes to the most beautiful monuments (the Cathedral, the Church of Santa Croce, the Church of San Matteo, the Celestine Palace). There is a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, the sat TV, the air conditioner, the hairdryer and the electric iron. The bus stop is in front of the house. Fast wi fi in alla the house. A delicate scent of flowers and a wellness atmosphere will welcome you

The building is in the historical centre of Lecce, a stone’s throw away from Piazza Duomo and the most important artistical and historical beauties of the town, from the Baroque churches and museums, from the Roman Amphitheatre, the Palazzo del Sedile and the church of Santa Croce. You can walk and go shopping in Via Trinchese, Corso Vittorio Emanuele and Mazzini square.
