a 150 metri dal mare, un alloggio fresco e silenzioso che si affaccia sul giardino interno condominiale. Potrai goderti la tranquillità del posto e al tempo stesso puoi trovare nelle vicinanze locali, bar, ristoranti, parchi giochi, supermercato e ovviamente spiaggia e mare! L'alloggio è ideale anche per chi ama passeggiare o andare in bicicletta poiché si trova a 50 metri dalla ciclovia pedonale che collega Ventimiglia al resto della riviera ligure.
