“Largo Doria”è un’abitazione di nuova realizzazione, situato al secondo piano di un palazzo storico dotato di ascensore. Nella ristrutturazione dell’alloggio, si è cercato di mantenere inalterati particolari di pregio quali il tipico pavimento genovese, i soffitti con le cornici, le porte interne e i muri originali del palazzo (anni 30) riportati a vista. L’antico e il moderno si trovano in armonia, grazie alle dotazioni che offre Largo Doria, tapparelle elettriche, prese USB e ricarica wireless nelle lampade dei comodini in ogni camera, aria condizionata indipendente, Wi-Fi in fibra 200mb, TV 70" collegata ad internet e luci a Led in tutta la casa.
Nei pressi dell'appartamento è disponibile sia il parcheggio gratuito in strada che quello a pagamento. La stazione di Albenga è a soli 600 metri dallo stabile. La piazza limitrofa, Piazza del Popolo, è lo snodo principale della città per il trasporto pubblico della zona dove è presente anche una fermata Flixbus. Fermata dei bus di linea che collegano la Riviera Ligure e taxi. Tutte le mattine sotto casa trovate il mercatino degli agricoltori Ingauni, con la vendita dei prodotti freschissimi a KM 0. Banca, farmacia, tabacchino, supermercato e negozi di vario genere sono tutti nei pressi dell'appartamento e comodi a piedi. Il mare, raggiungibile a piedi, dista solamente 900 metri.
