Welcome to "Oleandro", our charming 3-room vacation home (70 m² on 2 floors) in Villasimius! The accommodation is in a quiet, sunny location, just 750 m from the town center - within walking distance of lovely boutiques, cozy cafés and excellent restaurants. Here you can enjoy the typical Sardinian atmosphere and experience Mediterranean life to the full. Some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia are just a few minutes' drive away. Accommodation highlights: Spacious & comfortable: open-plan living and dining area with cozy furnishings, international TV channels and direct access to the covered veranda. Modern open kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, 5-gas hobs, kettle, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. Bedroom: Master bedroom: double bed, access to the balcony, international TV. Second bedroom: bunk bed (1x2), also with access to the balcony. Bathroom: shower, bidet, WC + additional separate WC. Comfort: air conditioning in all living areas. Leisure activities nearby: An 18-hole golf course and a tennis court are just 2.5 km away - ideal for sports enthusiasts. Hiking & nature: Numerous hiking trails in the immediate vicinity offer spectacular views of the coast and the Mediterranean landscape.
