Property information

The Casa Primavera is the largest villa of the stunning property ‘Buchere Ville’. It has been lovingly restored to provide fabulous holiday accommodation suitable for year round use – in hot summers, colourful autumns, snowy winters and warm springs. We are delighted to welcome families to our houses, which offer every home comfort close to nature to help you relax and unwind. The five houses share a spectacular salt water swim lake (42m x 16m x 1.5m) and a tennis court but each also offers the privacy of individual gardens and balconies. ‘Buchere Ville’ has original stone walls, exposed beams, timber floors in the bedrooms and terracotta floors on the ground floor with under floor heating providing extra warmth for the winter. In keeping with the natural surroundings the houses are furnished with handmade wooden furniture using only natural and biologically degradable materials, and the water is heated with solar energy. The property is surrounded by the forest-clad hills and picturesque vineyards of the Langhe, and is within easy reach of a number of villages.
