Host by passion, I will try to make you find what I would like to find when I travel: a warm welcome, a tidy, clean house, with attention to detail, and even some small pleasant surprises. Our house is located exactly in front of Palazzo Ducale, in Salita Pollaiuoli, in a historic building from the 1600s without a lift, but you will live a real experience of life as it once was, with today's comforts. I will welcome you in person and help you carry your luggage home. The house is equipped with free private covered parking included in the price, without the need for a reservation. The apartment has a surface area of ​​40m2 and is composed of: - a double bedroom with king size bed 180x200cm, and 24cm mattress + topper, wardrobe, air conditioning - a living room with double sofa bed 160x190 cm and 20cm mattress, 49'' smart TV with Sky subscription included, air conditioning - Free wifi, download 40MB/sec - a kitchen equipped with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, washer-dryer, nespresso, sandwich maker, kettle - a bathroom with window complete with toilet, bidet, 100x70cm shower
