Centrally located with two metro stations at walkable distance. Local train station just 5 minutes walk. 24 /7 uber Ola service. Swiggy Zomato till 11 at night. ATM opp to appartment. Grocery shop, pharmacy, beauty parlor etc, at the premise itself. Hospitals across the road. Eateries very close by. Central railway station 3km from the building, Ega cenima theater just across the road. Single occupency room with AC. Bathroom just next to the room Private bathroom, used only by the guest. No disturbance, ceren and peaceful atmosphere.
Love hosting people from different parts of India. Am a retired nurse. Love music, arts and crafts etc.
A beautiful Eco Park is just 3 minutes walk, paradise for walkers, morning and evening. Small botting and fishing available there. Can go there relax and enjoy nature. Ega cenima theater across the road.
