Mirnan kvart, dobro prometno povezan sa centrom grada (kraj Ilice ) u blizini CITY centar one, king Kross centar , blizina čvorišta Jankomir - Krapina- Maribor , samobor-Ljubljana , Rijeka. Split. 150 m od stanice prigradskog vlaka ( 8 min do centra Zagreba)
