This house is one of the oldest stone house in area call Radunica.That is one of the oldest part of Split with small streets and nice park you can feel how the locals live.Apartment are renovated and just cuple min walk to everywhere.

Traditional folk festival has been going on for over two decades, continuing every year in June. Radunica is one of the oldest Split suburbs, and its inhabitants always make the effort to organize an excellent folk festival lasting a couple of days in a row.
