Dobro došli u naš komodni Apartman Z , ovaj prostrani apartman pruža Vam suvremeno i ugodno okruženje za Vaš boravak. Svaka od dvije spavaće sobe pažljivo je uređena s puno detalja i udobnih kreveta kako bi se osjećali kao kod kuće. Prostrani dnevni boravak savršeno je mjesto za opuštanje i druženje, dok nudi potpuno opremljenu kuhinju.Stan također ima kupaonicu s perilicom rublja. Također nudi ne jedan, već dva balkona. Apartman je opremljen Wi-Fi internetom. U sklopu apartmana nalazi se Tommy supermarket i pekara u istoj zgradi, što Vam omogućava brz pristup hrani i piću. Ako ne volite kuhati tu je konoba/pizzeria Dalmatino koja se nalazi samo 450m od apartmana. Također u sklopu apartmana se nudi privatni parking u garaži koji je povezan s liftom do apartmana. Većina autobusa vozi do centra grada (udaljenog cca 3,4 km). Apartman se nalazi svega 10-15 minuta hoda (cca 1km) od Gradske plaže Žnjan. Trgovački centar "Mall of Split" nalazi se cca. udaljen 1,1 km. Zračna luka udaljena je cca. udaljen 20 km.
Po struci sam arhitekt i urbanista, ali radim i druge manje poslove što se dotiču turizma i ugostiteljstva.
