Villa Serenity is a two-storey luxurious villa built in the beautiful traditional village of Gerani just 8 km from the center of Rethymnon. It is an impressive house of 335 m² that extends over an area of 4000 m², with a heated pool, able to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, with absolute privacy. The house, the location, the facilities and its comfort offers to our guests everything they are looking for their summer vacation. - Εvents are allowed upon request for up to 100 guests with additional charges. - The pool can be heated on request for extra charge 60 euro per day and it requires at least one-week's advance notice. - The house may accommodate one pet up to 10 kg. - Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. An environmental fee (15 euro per night from March–October, 4 euro per night from November–February) applies by law. This fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately upon arrival. Quiet Hours: Summer (Apr 1 – Sep 30): 15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00 Winter (Oct 1 – Mar 31): 15:30–17:30 & 22:00–07:30 Please be informed that the pool heating is not included in the price it will be turned-on on request with and extra charge of 60euro per day, the villa will be operational from April 1st to November 30th
