The villa is 270 meters or a 7-10 minute walk to a stunning white sand Blue-Flag beach (Agora). This modern and fully equipped air-conditioned holiday home features 2 bedrooms on the second floor, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a satellite flat-screen TV and a fire place as well as a kitchenette with washing machine and a dish washer. Two coffee machines are at your disposal – a standard black coffee maker and a Nespresso machine which can be used with different capsules. There are two terraces - one on the ground floor and one on the second floor both offering a see view. The sun beds in your private garden in front of the Villa let you enjoy the incredibly sunny and warm weather all day and night long.
