As soon as you reserve with us, our concierge will be in touch to assist you with the preparation of your trip and your arrival. And during your stay, he/she will be available to support you in any way you might require. Our concierges are enthusiastic young people with a true passion to share their local knowledge. Our goal is to provide you with a high standard accommodation with quality hospitality services and a personal touch to make sure you have the best environment to enjoy your holidays. To keep things simple, we will not ask you for a damage deposit, we count on you to take good care of our place and live in harmony with your neighbors. After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Naousa. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful. We will be able to help you organise excursions or share with you our favourite places on the island. Our studio is brand new and offers all the comfort and privacy you need in the best conditions. It is centrally located in the heart of Naousa sitting on an upper floor with a unique balcony ideal to admire a typical architecture and life passing by, as you sip your morning expresso. The living area follows a minimal design to offer the most space possible with your comfort in mind. The bed comes with soft linen and clear air-conditioning to ensure a good night sleep, and the sofa bed comfortably allows for up to 2 extra guests. Our modern bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped with necessary appliances, amenities and hot water for your convenience. Our studio is 100% yours and has a private entrance. It is part of a three studios complex. The keys will be given to you upon check-in. Unlike most other properties in Paros, our price is all inclusive, in particular there are no extra service fees to add to the rental price apart from a one-time cleaning at check-out (electricity, water, WIFI are all included). Children and infants are welcome. Shampoo and body soap are also provided as well as a hair dryer.

One of the most exclusive restaurants (Stilvi) serving local delicacies is across the street, and the renowned wine bar (Vinothéque) by Moraitis winery is only a few steps away. During the day, your private door leads you right into the whitewashed alleyways amidst the bougainvillea, paved with cobblestones, souvenir shops and arts galleries rhythmed by its iconic church. The idyllic beach of Agioi Anargyroi is a popular sunbathing spot that is only 10 minutes by walk from your accommodation. As you contemplate a beautiful sunset, the chic lounge bars come alive and another mood takes over. Our place offers the perfect environment to enjoy your island vacation to the fullest, night and day, while staying in a high-end accommodation. To enjoy the area, it can be nice to rent either a car, scooter or other vehicle. We can also help with these arrangements but our central location makes it easier to discover most of it by walking. A paid parking is available only 200m away, liberating you from the stress of finding a spot. To move around easily, we recommend you the local ride booking app "imove". This app is available in Paros, Athens, Mykonos, Naxos and Santorini. We can also help to get a taxi or a guide if you wish to explore the surroundings in Paros and prefer not to drive.
