A newly built stonehouse in the centre of Skiathos town with 2 bedrooms, a living room/kitchen area and a bathroom.
The neighborhood is full of restaurants/taverns, one minute away from the central street of Papadiamanti and five minutes away from the port of Skiathos. Plakes Beach and Megali Ammos Beach are 500m away.
