Please note that the guets must respect the maximum number of guests who can enter the premises, the use of the property is exclusively reserved for the number of guests indicated in the reservation. (No person outside the property, night or day, without prior authorization is authorized. A fixed price of €100 per person per day may be taken from the deposit)

Noisy organization of parties, evenings or gatherings is strictly prohibited.

Due to the lack of security at the swimming pool, children are not admitted.

A damage deposit of € 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
