Property information

Most apartments are rented to students at SGU. With a semiprivate beach & pool you can enjoy relaxing on site or a short journey to the famous GrandAnse beach & shopping malls. Perfect if you are a beach or water sports lover as there is a beach perfect for snorkelling, surfing & kayaking on calm days, this is a very relaxing quite area. Very popular area for fishing, jogging, walking & watch the sun set with the best green flashes to be seen. There has been maintenance on the main house with some materials still present please inquire for further details, this does not affect apartments area. Please note only CASH accepted on arrival booking site does not offer credit card payment in the area. During the current drought we are able to supply water at all times with our tank system but the pressure is lower then when we get NAWASA local water supplies because of this we can not supply hot water the solar tanks do not get water on the roofs. Please note HOT WATER is currently a issue during the current drought Please ask for further information.

Green Flash apartments are located in a relaxing safe environment. Perfect for walking/jogging. 5 minutes walk to SGU Club and bus stop. Not on bus route, taxis available and on site parking. No parties or group gathering on site, noise levels to be kept down with students studying.
