Ty Canol is located in village of Maentwrog, a small quiet pictures welsh village in the heart of Snowdonia, North Wales, 10 mins from Zip World with Mount Snowdon's nearest path in Nant Gwynant (Watkin Path) approx 20 mins drive away. Not to mention being so close to one of the most popular Hotel, Bar & Restaurant in Wales, The Grapes, where you can book breakfast should you fancy it being cooked for you! The cottage has so many other attractions close by, 10 mins to Zip World and Bounce Below in Blaenau FFestiniog, the world famous Portmeirion village 15 mins, Coed Y Brenin 15 mins (bike hire), and glorious beaches just a short distance away, brilliant for hiking and activities such as caving (Go Below) surfing (Dolgarrog), not to mention a whole range of walks from our door step. Our cottage is homely and traditional, with a host of original features with mountain views, a front and rear external seating areas, great for unwinding and relaxing.
