Property information

This quirky three bedroom town house is positioned perfectly right on the sea front in Selsey with stunning views of the coast. On the ground floor there is a shower with WC, going up to the first floor you will find the living/dining room with full height doors across the width of the room showcasing the stunning views of the sea. The kitsch 1970's kitchen has everything you will need to comfortably self cater for your stay with washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, cafetiere, microwave and cooker. Going up to the second floor you will find the three bedrooms, one twin to the rear and two double bedrooms to the front both with views of the sea, there is also the family bathroom on this floor with a bath with shower over. Selsey is a charming village with lots of lovely pubs and restaurants together with day to day shopping and some quirky gift shops and curiosity shops. Venture to Chichester for more comprehensive shopping and to enjoy walks around the Roman walls. Portsmouth with the Historic Dockyard and Gunwharf Quays in a short distance away to the west and famous Brighton is about 45 minutes to the east.
