New property - coming soon! Enjoy the east coast and beautiful evening sunsets in a relaxing home in the bustling village of Patrington. One minute walk to Dunedin. Multiple nearby beaches, including Spurn Heritage Coast Nature Reserve. Few minutes drive to Patrington Haven Leisure Park. The village has its own bakery, coffee shop, butcher, pharmacy, hardware store, convenience store, multiple hairdressers, beauty salon and pubs/restaurants/bars, all within a few mins walking distance.
Guests will be left to their own devices, but should there be an issue I am not located far away
The local pubs are all within walking distance, and Dunedin is a one minute walk along the road. It’s a five minute drive to Patrington Haven Country Club, and a fifteen minute drive to Spurn Heritage Coast and Nature Reserve. There is a beautiful walk along the beach down to Spurn Head where you can climb up the lighthouse, and may even spot a seal or two on the journey! Withernsea, Easington and Tunstall beaches are all within fifteen minutes drive. There is space to park three cars on the private drive. Please advise in advance if you require additional parking to avoid causing any issues for neighbours and this can be arranged
