House Rules: • Access to balconies is not permitted due to health and safety regulations. • For health and safety reasons, we do not offer an amenities package (shampoo, shower gel, oil, salt etc). • The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary essentials. • Our properties are non-smoking and pet free. • AC is not provided but depending on availability we can supply portable fans (if requested). • Parking is not available on-site, but you may find parking on nearby streets or in designated parking facilities. • The thermostat cannot be set above 22 degrees. Failure to respect this may result in damages and consequently, penalty costs. • Please be aware that should you lose or misplace the key and fob a two hundred pound penalty applies.

Just south of the River Thames and a short walk from Waterloo and Southbank, Elephant & Castle has always been perfectly placed in the city. Borough Market, located 15 mins walk, is a market hall in Southwark, London, England. It is one of the largest and oldest food markets in London, with a market on the site dating back to at least the 12th century. The present buildings were built in the 1850s. London is one of the greenest cities in Europe and set to become the World’s first National Park City in 2019. That means you’re never far from huge open space of fields, flowers and lakes, and that’s exactly what you’ll find at Burgess Park in Elephant & Castle. Finally, Mercato Metropolitano, located 2 mins away from our property, has become one of *the* spots to visit in south London and I can’t tell you how much you will love it there. Opened in 2016, Mercato Metropolitano is an outdoor-covered food hall serving everything from traditional Italian pizza and pasta to Mexican tacos and burritos to Turkish kebabs and meze with everything else in-between. It really is one of the best things to do in Elephant and Castle.
