    Lock and Quay is a very comfortable apartment, well equipped and in an ideal location very close to the restaurants and bars of Sovereign Harbour. We enjoyed watching the different boats coming and going.

Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne. Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes. If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Maybe you are organising the holiday as a birthday treat and you need help with the cake or decorations. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.

Property information

Lock & Quay boasts a fabulous location overlooking the marina and locks of Sovereign Harbour. The private patio and decking are a real sun-trap in the mornings when the sun rises over the sea. With boats coming and going, and people strolling along the marina-side promenade, the outdoor table and chairs offer a magic spot to enjoy your morning coffee and fresh croissant. Sleeping up to four, across two bedrooms (one kingsize with ensuite shower room and one with twin beds), this apartment is perfect for couples or families. The living space is open plan, with a sofa and two armchairs positioned so guests can watch the smart TV at one end of the room, or the marina life through the sliding patio doors at the opposite side. A dining table is positioned by a window to maximise the views, and the kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven and hob, a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine. With a good-sized parking space in the gated car park below the property, and lift access from there, the flat would also suit those who struggle with stairs. WiFi and linen/towels included.

Sovereign Harbour is wonderful location on the South Coast of England. A popular area for locals and tourists with great restaurants, cafes as well as shopping and entertainment all within close walking distance of the apartment. The culture and shopping in Eastbourne is just an hour’s walk along the promenade, a bus ride away, or a quick 10 minute drive.
