Little Pyes barn has one bedroom and best suited for couples. The barn has a large decking area to enjoy alfresco dining and the countryside views. There are two sun beds and a comfortable corner sofa and table for dining. The open plan living space has a sofa bed to accommodate an additional two guests (property maximum four guests plus a cot). Guests using the sofa bed will need to share the en-suite to the main bedroom. A travel cot and high chair is available at request. The property does not have a washing machine or tumble dryer but the laundry can be available for long stay guests once weekly. The kitchen area is well stocked with oven and hob, fridge with ice box, microwave, cafeteria and utensils. Guests will self check in and details will be provided prior to arrival. I am also on site to welcome you and assist with any recommendations and queries throughout your stay.

The separate driveway and parking area is shared with our second holiday let ‘Pyes Granary’ which has two bedroom’s ( also advertised on this site). This may be useful if wishing to holiday with other family members or friends. ‘Little Pyes’ has easy access for the less able. It has one low level step to the entrance door and all on one level.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside and close to the historic town on Battle, visit the ruins of Battle Abbey and battlefield at the site of the 1066 Battle of Hastings. Close to the coastal towns of Bexhill, St Leonards-on-sea and Hastings and Rye. Eastbourne is 35 minutes by car. Little Pyes barn is easily accessible by the London- Hastings train-line, Crowhurst station is a seven minute walk away. Locally we have the RSPB Fore wood ancient woodland and nature reserve with plenty of walks locally. Crowhurst village pub is a 25 minute walk from the property and there are also several pubs and restaurants etc in nearby Battle town. The coastal towns and beaches nearby also have plenty of amenities for the whole family. Camber sands beach is particularly beautiful and only 19 miles/30 minutes by car.
