Some details about the Guest Suite - The self contained space consists of 1 x Bedroom 1 x Bathroom (Shower & Bath) 1 x Combined Kitchenette, Dining and Living room with a lockable private interior front door giving full privacy. Kitchenette has Air Fryer, Microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, Hob, Plates, Cups, Mugs and cutlery. The bedroom has a small double bed with orthopedic mattress and comes with full bedding. Also a large mirrored wardrobe with lots of storage and hanging space. Living space has sofa bed, tv, Amazon firestick, Radio, Breakfast bar and stools ideal for working/eating. The bathroom has shower, shower curtain, mirror, soap and toothbrush holder and towels. The guest suite is accessed via our home but you will have complete privacy and your own keys to come and go as you please!

I love to host, I have a diploma in interior design and have enjoyed creating a unique and cozy space for people to enjoy. I enjoy putting in little touches to make you feel welcomed and at home. Our home is your home! We are sociable and take our guests lead on interaction but we know that this is your break away so after a quick tour we hand over the keys then leave you to relax and enjoy the space!

Local Area - The 2025 winning beach is a 10 minute walk away accessed via cliffs with amazing views, there are steps down directly onto the beach and back up again (if your brave enough! there a quite a few!) but you can walk/drive to the beach easily if you would rather a flat surface! Within a 10 minute walk away you have Minster Village where there is an array of local takeaways, Indian, Chinese, Fish & Chips etc, Pubs, a lovely local Restaurant (Banks Restaurant) and a wonderful Cake/Sandwich shop. London is an hour away by car and train and there are many local coastal towns a short drive or train ride away. Recently Actor Danny Dyer and his daughter have purchased a local holiday site and can often be seen around the local coastal town of Leysdown which is a great day out for families due to the array of arcades, amusements and beach. There are plenty of places to eat and drink and lots to do for the children including a new sandpit recently built in 2025.
