In the heart of Dundee, within a minute's walk from tourist attractions such as the V&A/Discovery/HMS Frigate Unicorn/Verdant Works Museums, Slessor Gardens, Caird Hall, DCA, and REP Theatre. Aabalree Guesthouse is located midway up Union Street, which features popular cafes, bars, and restaurants, it is an ideal connecting point for the Riverside, Perth Road, and the Overgate/High Street shopping districts and bus links from Nethergate. Most rooms have a wash basin and are spread over 3 upper floors of a traditional 100-year-old Scottish tenement building. Shower rooms and toilets are shared amongst guests and all rooms are upstairs (no lift)"

In the heart of Dundee, a stone's throw from the central train station and just one minute walk to popular tourist attractions such as the V&A, Slessor Gardens and the Caird Hall, Aabalree Guesthouse is in the middle of Union Street, which is one of Dundees main connecting ways from the Old Town shopping district to the developing Waterfront area. Dundee is a great City for exploring t, with amazing walks along the Riverside & up the extinct volcano, Law Hill. Here you can take in panoramic views of the City & beyond. From Aabalrees front door you can look North to face The Law and see the historical Steeple Church, & South towards the train station, V&A and Riverside. As well as the new V&A, visitors can also enjoy the Discovery, Verdant Works, Frigate Unicorn and McManus Museums, which are all within walking distance. Dundee claims two things, One, is that it's the sunniest city in Scotland and Two, The New Gateway to the Scottish Highlands. That, we can assure you is not one to miss. Transport-wise; the train station, bus stops and taxi ranks all within a minutes walk & provide good connections to neighboring city & town attractions such as Broughty Ferry, St Andrews & Perth.
