Officially accredited as a 3 star accommodation. Our main house is within 2500 m2 of land. The garden to the front is good with private seating areas, however, we still consider it under construction. Paved to exit the house, followed by a gravel area and then grass. This is a two bedroomed house with a downstairs bathroom, kitchen and living / diner. Parking available on site. We are onsite hosts so available anytime should you need our assistance, however, both areas are separated by their own entrances. If the main house is already booked. The New Beginnings Barn maybe available. Perfect Gites In Normandy - New Beginnings Barn. Or book them both together. City taxes for 2025 are 1.80e per person per night. Collectable on greeting. The sofa bed size will accommodate 1 person. Whilst we do not mind the charging of electric bikes, under supervision and only within our garage, the charging of electric vehicles is strictly forbidden. Local charging stations are available.
We are looking forward to meeting new guests and ensuring their stay is as good as it can be. We currently do not allow pets however this will change in time. I (Sally) speak a little French however unfortunately Andy does not.
Very quiet. We have just two neighbours who are not considered to be close. 3 sides of our house and buildings are surrounding by farmland. However, we normally only see 2 or 3 cows in one adjacent field. Easy 10 minute drive to the local towns. Lots of local events to enjoy. This is a countryside location.
