Semi-detached house to the owners' home, in the heart of the typical village of Aydius, perched on a sunny slope of the Aspe valley. Access by steps or access ramp (stroller, suitcases on wheels) to a private terrace of 24 m2 overlooking the street, facing the mountains (Pic de Bergon). Ground floor: Equipped kitchen with wood stove (microwave and oven, 4 gas hobs, 180 liter fridge with preservative, dishwasher). Large living room, lounge area (TV) opening onto terrace. Shower room (washing machine, shower, sink, toilet). 1st level. 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140, 1 bed 120), bathroom (bath and shower, toilet). Mezzanine (miller's ladder) with 1 bed 90 on the 2nd attic level. The beds are made for your arrival and Paulette welcomes you with her delicious garbure. Gas heating at an additional cost (7 euro/day). Wood at an additional cost 15 euro/week. Garden furniture. Private barbecue. Limited internet connection, for classic web browsing. Trout fishing in the Gabarret, a stream in the Cazaubon district below the village. Patronal festivals 1st weekend of August.
