Modern one bedroom apartment with sea views, completely renovated, 50 meters from the sea, restaurants, the nearest supermarket and the center of Calpe. This apartment is undoubtedly an ideal place for a holiday without a vehicle, thanks to its proximity to all kinds of services and its privileged location just a few steps from the sandy beach. Is ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4. The Damara apartment has a living-dining room and a terrace, where you can enjoy the sound of the waves in the morning and evening. The living room has a comfortable relaxing sofa, 65-inch smart TV, air conditioning, fiber optic internet connection and access to the terrace. The open kitchen offers you everything you need for a perfect stay. Fully equipped with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The breakfast room with high bar is unsurpassed for morning coffee. With a very cozy bedroom with two single beds and access to the terrace. A beautiful bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. Furthermore, bed linen, towels, beach towels, hair dryer, gel and shampoo are provided
