Ein Zimmerstudio mit Bad und kleiner Kitchenette. Ohne Spülbecken. Die Hausherrin erledigt den Abwasch für Sie. Im Sommer wohnen Sie bestimmt in dem kleinen subtropischen Garten, umgeben von Rosen, Lavendel und Geranien. Hier sind ein Tisch und Stühle mit Sonnenschirm für Sie vorbereitet. Sonnig und ruhig. Äußerst gepflegt. Unweit der Altstadt mit allen Angeboten, Restaurants, Geschäften, Bars und Schifffahrtsanlagen. Der Hausherr bietet Ihnen eine Fahrradgarage kostenlos an. Ideal für 2 Personen. Optional kann eine dritte Person auf einem Einzelbett schlafen. Das Zimmer nebenan ist gelegentlich auf Anfrage für weitere 2 Personen möglich.
Wir sind eine nette, kleine Familie, die sehr gerne in Cochem an der wunderschönen Mosel wohnt. Wir sind Naturliebhaber und lieben Rosen und subtropische Pflanzen und alles was in unserem Garten noch so gedeiht. Gäste sind bei uns Könige. Gerne bieten wir auf Anfrage sehr leckeren und regionalen Wein an. Gerne empfehlen wir ihnen die besten Restaurants in Cochem . Wir freuen uns auf Ihr kommen :-)
Direkt in Cochem Cond, nah an dem Fluss Mosel. Von unterer Terrasse Blick zur Reichsburg und an die Stadt. Zum Bäcker und in die Altstadt sind es paar Schritte über die alte Brücke. Bushaltestelle finden Sie etwa 200 Meter vom Haus. Im kleinen Garten wachsen im Sommer Tomaten ,Zitronen, Oliven ,Rosmarin, Lavendel und Aubergienen. Die Wände des Hauses sind bewachsen mit Riesling Wein und bemalt mit Blumen und sonnigem Himmel. Im Frühling duften Flieder und im Sommer unzählige Rosen vom ganzen Garten ins Zimmer. Ruhig
