Located on a coastal plot in Protaras/Cyprus, this private villa is designed to cover all living needs in a modern and comfortable way. The design aims to create a Greek-Cycladic environment where the colour white and blue are used to enhance this traditional architectural concept that harmonisouly embodies relaxation and well being in high standards. The villa has been renovated in 2021 to a great extent . It is walking distance into two wonderfall beaches. The residence has 1) Three bedrooms with air-condition. The are two toilets with baths and one guest toilet. 2) Large private swimming pool (9 meters x 4 meters) 3) large outdoor space where children can play and adults can be very comfortable 3) Private gate access 4) Private parking 5) wifi,satellite TV 6) BBQ 7) Fully equipped kitchen 8) very near there a supermarket and bus stop. It is 1 minute walk to Sirina beach and 5 minutes to Crystal Springs beach.
This villa is taken care with love and respect. My family and I use the villa for our summer holidays and so we always make sure that our guests and friends enjoy it as much as we do. There is a professional cleaning company that cleans the house before the check-in and on request. A taxi driver with a luxury car can be arranged, to pick you from the airport and help you with the luggage and answer any questions you may have about the area.
The area is very quiet and safe at all seasons. Most of the surrounding residences are used by the owners for their holidays. The residence is one minute walk to Sirina beach and 5 minutes walk to Crystal Springs beach and bars. Ayia Triada beach is just a few minutes away by the car. There is a bus stop,ATM and a supermarkets few hundred meters away. In Crystal Springs you can use the GYM and SPA facilities or just enjoy a lunch or dinner in the beautiful gardens of the restaurant.
