Surrounded by nature, located in a gated, community, safe, quiet and peaceful. The house is centrally, located, close to beaches, parks and grocery stores. Off the main road (CR 36) nestled on a hillside with views from every room. Yoga deck, large kitchen, one AC bedroom, workspace, pool with deck, and an outdoor BBQ. You can see: sloths, butterflies howler monkeys, toucans, parrots - nature is abundant at Casa Marilulu. Rodeado de naturaleza, en una comunidad segura y privada. La casa está céntrica, entre Cahuita y Puerto Viejo, cerca a parques y playas. La casa tiene vistas desde todas las habitaciones. Terraza de yoga, deck con hammaca, cocina grande, un dormitorio con aire acondicionado, espacio de trabajo, piscina con área de cocina y una barbacoa al aire libre. Se pueden ver: osos perezosos, mariposas, monos, tucanes, loras: la naturaleza es abundante en Casa Marilulu.
My name in Nicol and I am half Costa Rican and half American (California). My home (Casa Marilulu) was built 10 years ago and last year it was remodeled. The best part about my house are the views from every room. Both the sunrise and sunset. The pool also has amazing views! Tucans, parrots, monkeys are abundant plus we have our own sloth that lives in the back yard. The cool breeze makes this place nice and cool in the evenings and bright sunshine throughout the day. The location is perfect, located between many beaches and nestled in a safe quite location. I love my house never want to leave it once I am there. Living the Pura Vida life!!!
