With just 7 homes plus a clubhouse on the property, you'll enjoy peace, privacy, and the freedom to unwind in a safe, serene environment. Private walking paths wind through the grounds, offering quiet moments in nature and a true sense of escape. Additional services like housekeeping, airport transfers, excursions are available upon request for an extra fee. Safe and affordable public transportation is conveniently located just across the street. Neighbourhood information

Just outside Jacó and minutes from Carara National Park and the famous Tarcoles Crocodile Bridge, our homes sit on a private, enclosed fruit grove filled with mangoes, papayas, guavas, avocados, and more. Because we don’t use chemicals, the fruit is organic and available in different seasons. Nearby, you’ll find all kind of restaurants, markets, gas stations, fruit stands and souvenir shops for anything else you might need.
