Property information

As you enter the house there is a big elevator to get to the apartment. Opening the apartments door you will have an entry area, the dining area and couch/tv area in front of you in an open space. There are big windows and a nice view. A balcony invites for a glas of wine or a cold beer during the warmer month. The bedrooms are in the back from the apartment offering isolation from the open dining/living room. The kitchen is big enough to cook for a romatic date with bf/gf or for a dinner with the whole family. It is fully equipped and has a dishwasher.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is situated in a wealthy area of Zurich. The apartment is located to the small ancient "village center" which offers all daily supplies you need. On foot you are in "niederdorf/old town zurich" in about 10min/1km). Museums like the museum of art or Kulturama (museum of culture) are in walking distance. Also theaters and the lake of zurich are just a walk away. I strongly recommend to have a walk to Kafi Paradiesli, Hofstrasse 19, 8032 Zürich, a very nice sweet little hidden coffee place with a small but good menu.
