Chalet Alpenrebe is a popular apartment with stunning views located in the "car-free" mountain village of Wengen. Please note that there are several flights of stairs leading up to this chalet from the street. Please see the photos for details. Also, note that there are 2 sofa beds in the living room for the 3rd to 5th guests.

Neighbourhood information

This property is located in Wengen, a stunning alpine village in the heart of the Jungfrau Region. Important: Wengen is a "car-free" mountain village. Private vehicles are not allowed, and it is not possible to drive a car to Wengen. The only way to access Wengen is by train. Guests must drive to the village of Lauterbrunnen, located in the valley below, where you will find a large multi-storey parking garage next to the Lauterbrunnen train station. You must park your car there for the duration of your stay. From Lauterbrunnen, it’s a 12-minute scenic train ride up the mountain to Wengen. Trains run regularly throughout the day and well into the evening. Once you arrive in Wengen, taxis are available to take you and your luggage to the apartment, if needed.
