The place is located in a very quiet and convenient neighborhood. There are 3 rooms located in the half-basement that can host up to 8 people. One SHARED bathroom between Room 1 & 2, Room 3 has semi-private bathroom; SHARED common areas among all 3 rooms. 15-mins drive to Downtown, UBC, Granville Island. Walking-distance to grocery stores. Bus stop close by, keyless entry, plenty free parking SHARED spacious living space features full kitchen, couch, TV, dining table, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Security camera, security alarm, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit provided on site. FANS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST!
