This is a duplex penthouse divided into three entrances: one for the upper apartment, one for the lower apartment, and one door that provides access to the kitchen, serving ONLY the lower apartment. The penthouse features a beautiful terrace with an outdoor shower for hot days, an air conditioner in the bedroom, and a stunning panoramic view of the city, the Boulevard Canal, Morro da Guia, and Araruama Lagoon.

Neighbourhood information

It is a neighborhood well located in the historic center of Cabo Frio. Close to Fonte do Itajurú, Morro da Guia. It is 10 minutes from Praia do Forte and 15 minutes from the center.
