You will love the property, the view, the neighbourhood, the beach and especially the services of Rose which are included in the rental cost. While my apartment is modern and totally refurbished including recent replacement of all windows, the building is being refurbished/modernized.
I am retired and enjoy great views, good conversations, great company, good books, wonderful meals, travel to interesting places, tennis, cycling, swimming and walking.
A great bakery is available 50m north of the apartment building. Five good quality restaurants are available on the same block. North, west and south of the apartment building.
