Izuzetna lokacija, novogradnja, izuzetan panoramski pogled na centar grada ,blizina svega važnog i zanimljivog u gradu. Pristup SPA centru iz zgrade (apartmana). Čistoća i urednost apartmana. Blizina Panonskih jezera, Tenis kluba kao i pješačka zona sa najvećim trgom u Bosni i Hercegovini.
Domaćin dostupan i na usluzi 24 sata. Komunikativan, govori engleski jezik i spreman na svaku vrstu pomoći koja bi omogućila ugodan i opušten boravak gostiju kako u apartmanu tako i u našem gradu.
Mirna četvrti. Blizina svih znamenitih sadržaja u gradu na max.7do10 min hoda. Blizina restorana zanatskih dućana i ostalih gradskih atrakcija kao sto su Panonska jezera.
