With every apartment boasting beautiful ocean and hinterland views and just 30 meters from a quiet beach, the Waterford on Main Beach is also uniquely set alongside the river. Guests enjoy a year round heated swimming pool with a waterfall, spa and plunge pool in the beautiful outdoor pool area. A large cabana, BBQ's, tables and sunbeds provide options to lay back and enjoy the sun, or cook a BBQ for the family whilst enjoying a swim. The Waterford on Main Beach is just 3 minutes’ drive from Tedder Avenue’s restaurants and boutique shops. Both Marina Mirage and the Seaworld theme park are 5 minutes’ drive away. The bustling centre of Surfers Paradise is within 15 minutes’ walk. Each spacious, self-contained apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven and dishwasher. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period, whether they are attending official Schoolie events or not.
NO PARTIES
Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies will result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.

A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
